4. Verification Process
After receiving a data deletion request, we may verify the identity of the requester to ensure that the request is submitted by the data owner or an authorized party.
We may request additional information if the submitted details are insufficient to verify identity, locate the relevant data, or determine whether the data can be deleted.
We may refuse or delay processing a request if we cannot reasonably verify the identity or authority of the requester.
5. Data Deletion Process
If the request is valid and the relevant data is eligible for deletion, we will delete, anonymize, or restrict the use of the relevant personal data within a reasonable period.

6. Data That May Not Be Deleted Immediately
Some data may not be deleted immediately or may need to be retained where necessary for:

7. Data from Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platform
If users have contacted us through Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or other Meta Platform services, certain communication data may have been received through Meta’s official API or platform services and processed in our customer support system.
Users may request deletion of communication data related to Instagram or Facebook Messenger by following the request process described in this policy.
Please note that deletion from our systems does not automatically delete data stored directly by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, or other third-party platforms. Users may need to manage or delete their data directly through the relevant platform settings according to each platform’s own policies and tools.
8. Backup and Archived Data
Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups or archived systems until such backups are overwritten, rotated, or deleted according to our backup retention procedures.
During this period, backup data is not actively used for normal business operations unless restoration is required for security, legal, disaster recovery, or technical reasons.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to data deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving sufficient information to verify and process the request.
The processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the request, the amount of data involved, verification requirements, legal obligations, and technical limitations.
